摘　　要：随着中药研究的不断深入,传统的分析方法已经不能满足现代中医药发展的需求。拉曼光谱法作为一种新兴的分析方法,已被欧洲药典、英国药典、《中华人民共和国药典》等收载为晶型检测方法。然而,拉曼光谱法在中医药领域的应用仍然不够广泛和深入。本文对近20年来拉曼光谱法在中药鉴别、含量测定、成分的谱峰归属等方面的应用进行介绍,同时指出它在中药分析中存在的问题。以期为拉曼光谱法在中药分析中的进一步应用提供有力支持。With the continuous deepening of research on traditional Chinese medicine,traditional analysis methods can no longer meet the needs of modern Chinese medicine development.As an emerging analytical method,Raman spectroscopy has been included as a crystal form detection method by EP,BP,ChP and so on.However,the application of Raman spectroscopy in the field of traditional Chinese medicine is still not extensive and in-depth.This article introduces the application of Raman spectroscopy in traditional Chinese medicine identification,content determination,and component peak attribution in the past two decades.At the same time,it points out the problems in the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine.It is hoped to provide strong support for the further application of Raman spectroscopy in the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine.
