以就业为导向构建大学生职业发展教育资源库的路径

摘　　要：根据国家统计局每年公布的各大高校毕业生数据可知,数据体量逐年上升,而职业发展教育资源却匹配不到位,严重影响了大学生职业发展。为此,作为高校管理者,需要进一步解读何为职业发展教育资源库,分析国内现有资源库的结构,并结合现状找出建设中存在的不足,才能摸索出更具实用性的大学生职业发展教育资源库建设路径,最终为社会输送质量高、就业目标明确的专业人才。According to the data of college graduates released by the National Bureau of Statistics every year,the data volume has been increasing year by year,but vocational development education resources are not matched properly,which seriously affects college students'career development.For this reason,as a university administrator,first of all,we need to further understand what the vocational development education resource base is,then analyze the structure of existing resource bases in China,and find out shortcomings in the construction based on the current situation,in order to find out a more practical path for the construction of college students'vocational development education resource bases,and finally transport professional talents with high quality and clear employment goals for the society.
