摘　　要：SPOC混合式教学模式在大学英语课程中得到广泛应用,但基于此平台的评价体系还未构建完全。在人才培养要求和课程改革的新背景下,教学评价同样也要顺应时代发展。本文立足于大学英语课程,针对普通应用型本科院校教学评教中存在的问题,依据SPOC混合式教学评价体系的构建原则,建立较为完善、科学、客观的教学评价和学习评价模式,为同类院校SPOC线上英语教学评价体系的构建提供具体思路。Blended teaching model based on SPOC has been applied widely on college English courses,whereas the evaluation system based on the platform has not been established yet.Under the requirement of talent cultivation and new background of curriculum reform,teaching evaluation should also adapt to development of times.In terms of the existed problems in teaching evaluation for general application-oriented colleges,a complete,scientific and objective teaching and learning evaluation model will be established based on college English courses in accordance with constructive principles of SPOC blended teaching evaluation system,which might provide concrete ideas for the construction of online English teaching evaluation system based on SPOC in similar colleges and universities.
