摘  要:根据某酸奶加工冷库的工艺需求,对与之配套的冷库制冷系统在节能与安全的设计措施作了详细介绍。通过选用高效的制冷设备,采用电子膨胀阀、冷风机小温差及大片距设计、热氟融霜及蒸发冷变频控制等设计实现综合能效提升12.8%。在安全上,采用并联机组、制冷系统桥接备用、气流组织优化及冷风机检修通道设计等措施提高制冷系统及酸奶品质的安全性,可使年均安全维护成本降低38%。Based on the processing technology of a yogurt processing cold storage,introduce in detail of the design measures in energy saving and safety of the refrigeration system correspondingly.The comprehensive energy efficiency is improved about 12.8%by selecting efficient refrigeration equipment,using electronic expansion valves,small temperature difference and large fin spacing design of air cooler,hot gas defrosting and variable frequency control evaporative condenser.In terms of safety,the safety of refrigeration system and yogurt quality is improved by adopting parallel units,refrigeration system mutual backup,air distribution optimization and air cooler maintenance channel design,which can reduce the average annual safety maintenance costby38%.
