摘　　要：为研究烟支各项物理指标对卷烟吸阻的影响,以河南中烟某常规牌号的卷烟为研究对象,运用多元线性回归、配对T检验进行统计分析,探究卷烟吸阻与烟支物理指标、滤棒压降、烟丝填充值及含水率间的相互关系,构建卷烟吸阻与其指标间的数学模型,并进行分析、验证和预测。结果表明:滤棒压降越大,卷烟吸阻越大;含水率越大,卷烟吸阻越大;单支烟支质量越大,卷烟吸阻的数值、标准偏差、C_(PK)也随之增大;烟支圆周与卷烟吸阻呈微弱的负相关性;滤棒压降和填充值的交互作用对卷烟吸阻呈显著的负相关;单支烟支质量、滤棒压降和填充值的交互作用对卷烟吸阻呈显著正相关。该模型的R-Sq (调整)>99.37%,对影响卷烟吸阻的各指标进行优化设计后能获得卷烟吸阻1 050 Pa的95%置信区间。In order to study the influence of various physical indicators of cigarettes on the suction resistance of cigarette,a regular brand cigarette of Henan Tobacco Industry is taken as the research object,and multiple linear regression and paired T test are used for statistical analysis to explore the relationship between cigarette resistance and cigarette physical index,filter bar pressure drop,tobacco filling value and water content,to build a mathematical model between cigarette resistance and its indicators,and to carry out analysis,verification and prediction.The results show that the larger the pressure drop of flter rod is,the larger the cigarette draw resistance is.The larger the moisture,the larger the cigarette drag.The larger the quality of a single cigarette,the higher the value of the cigarette resistance,the higher the standard deviation,and the higher the C_(PK).There is a weak negative correlation between cigarette circumference and cigarette drag.The interaction between the pressure drop of the filter rod and the filling value has a significant negative correlation with the cigarette drag.The quality of a single cigarette,pressure drop of filter rod and flling value have a significant positive correlation with cigarette drag.The R-Sq(adjustment)of the model is>99.37%,and the 95%confidence interval of 1050 Pa of cigarette drag can be obtained after optimizing the design of all indexes affecting cigarette drag.
