摘 要:通过对苏州市范围内的快检室开展快检盲样考核,并结合现场调查,了解苏州市快检室的能力建设情况。在苏州市10个区、县级市内随机抽取农贸市场52家和批发市场9家,发放质控样开展盲样考核,分别考核检测项目4个和10个,每项各发放1个阴性样品、2个阳性样品(1倍检出限和1.5倍检出限),由市场快检室48 h内反馈快检结果,并进行比对分析。结果表明,考核农贸市场通过率为38.46%,批发市场通过率为44.44%。有37家农贸市场和8家批发市场的快检室检测能力可覆盖所有考核项目,但全项结果均“符合”的家数不多,其余结果出现较多的假阴性。在所有考核项目中,丙溴磷的考核结果最好,亚硝酸盐、二氧化硫、双氧水、甲醛的考核结果较差。通过快检盲样考核,了解苏州市快检室能力建设中存在问题,并针对性地提出建议措施,可为苏州市快检发展及食品监管提供参考借鉴。The capacity building of rapid detection laboratories in Suzhou by conducting blind sample examination and field investigation is investigated.A total of 52 agricultural markets and 9 wholesale markets were randomly selected from 10 counties(cities and districts)in Suzhou,and one negative sample and two positive samples(1 times detection limit and 1.5 times detection limit)were sent to each laboratory.The results were reported by the market rapid inspection office within 48 hours for comparative analysis.The results showed that the passing rate of agricultural market and wholesale market was 38.46%and 44.44%respectively.There were 37 agricultural markets and 8 wholesale markets with the capacity to cover all the items examined,but only a small number of them were"in line"'with the results,and the rest of the results had more false negatives.Among the items examined,the results of profenofos were the best,while those of nitrite,sulfur dioxide,hydrogen peroxide and formaldehyde were the worst.Through this blind sample assessment of rapid detection,to understand the current rapid detection laboratory capacity building problems in Suzhou,and targeted proposed measures,in order to provide reference for the development of rapid detection and food supervision in Suzhou.
