生态翻译学视域下骨伤治疗手法术语英译策略研究:以韦贵康《脊柱相关疾病》的英译本为例

摘　　要：中医骨伤科学是中医学的重要组成部分,骨伤治疗手法是治疗诸多骨伤疾病的首选方法。《脊柱相关疾病》是由国医大师韦贵康教授根据其多年临床实践编写而成,是对治疗脊柱和四肢软组织损伤及脊柱有关疾病的经验总结。从生态翻译学视角切入,以《脊柱相关疾病》英译本为例,从语言、文化和交际三个方面剖析了骨伤手法术语的英译效果,并提出相关建议,促进手法术语英译质量的提升,以期为中医骨伤手法术语的翻译提供借鉴。Orthopedics and traumatology is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,and manual treatment is the first choice for the treatment of many orthopedic diseases.Spine-Related Diseases is written by the National Master of TCM Professor Wei Guikang,according to his many years of clinical practice.The book is a summary of the experience in the treatment of spine,soft tissue injury of limbs and spine related diseases.From the perspective of ecological translatology,taking the English translation of spine related diseases as an example,this paper analyzes the translation effect of manipulation terms from the three dimensions of linguistics,culture and communication.And relevant suggestions are put forward to improve the translation quality of manipulation terms,in order to provide some reference for the translation of TCM orthopedic manipulation terms.
