两种5-氨基水杨酸类药物治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较两种5-氨基水杨酸类药物对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果.方法:将2021年8月—2022年10月于我院诊治的91例溃疡性结肠炎患者按数字抽签法随机分为对照组(n=49例)、试验组(n=49例).对照组予以柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗,试验组予以美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,治疗8周后比较两组临床疗效、病情相关指标[Mayo评分,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]及用药安全性.结果:试验组治疗总有效率为91.84%,高于对照组的75.51%(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组Mayo评分、VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组用药后不良反应发生率为6.12%,低于对照组的20.41%(P<0.05).结论:相较于柳氮磺吡啶,美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎能更有效促进病情改善,取得更好效果,且安全性更高.Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of two 5-aminosalicylic acid drugs on ulcerative colitis.Methods:A total of 98 patients with ulcerative colitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group(n=49)and experimental group(n=49)by digital lottery method.The control group was treated with sulfasalazine enteric coated tablets,while the experimental group was treated with mesalazine enteric coated tablets.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,disease related indicators[Mayo score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score],and medication safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 91.84%,which was higher than 75.51%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Mayo score and VAS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.12%,which was lower than 20.41%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared to sulfasalazine,mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis can more effectively promote the improvement of the condition,achieve better results,and have higher safety.
