摘 要:口腔癌是目前发病率较高的头颈部恶性肿瘤。虽然手术和化疗可以有效提高患者的存活率,但是这些方法存在容貌改变和耐药性等多方面的弊端。近年来的研究表明,细胞焦亡和铁死亡与癌细胞的生长调控存在较强的关联性。因此,本文总结了两种细胞死亡方式在口腔癌中的研究进展,为口腔癌的治疗策略和新药研发提供新的思路和理论依据。Oral cancer is one of the most common head and neck malignancies.Although surgery and chemotherapy can effectively improve the survival rate of patients,these methods have many disadvantages such as appearance change and drug resistance.In recent years,it has been found that pyroptosis and ferroptosis are strongly associated with the growth regulation of cancer cells.Therefore,the research progress of two cell death methods in oral cancer are summarized to provides a new basis for the treatment strategy and new drug development of oral cancer.
