摘　　要：目的:探讨粪肠球菌感染根管模型评价不同根管封闭剂的抗菌效果。方法:选取人单直根管的离体前牙80颗为研究对象,收集前牙并接种粪肠球菌,连续完成4 w孵育后构建粪肠球菌感染根管模型。建模成功后,常规完成根管成形和清理。将离体牙随机分为A组、B组、C组、D组、E组各16颗。A组采用Biodentine联合牙胶根管填充,B组采用iRoot BP联合牙胶根管填充,C组采用MTA联合牙胶根管填充,D组单纯牙胶填充,E组为阴性对照组(给予无菌根管填充),比较各组抗菌效果。结果:取离体牙经处理后,扫描电镜下可见清晰的牙本质小管,并处于开放状态,但是未见明显的细菌;而离体牙经细菌培养及处理后,可见离体牙本质小管中附有大量的粪肠球菌,且菌体形态饱满、均匀;扫描电镜下可见离体牙牙本质小管形成生物膜;随着时间的延长,A组、B组及C组细菌计数呈下降趋势,且不同时间点比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组、B组及C组1d、3d、7d及14d细菌计数比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05),且均低于D组(P<0.05)。结论:借助粪肠球菌感染根管模型能评价不同根管封闭剂的抗菌效果,且Biodentine、iRoot BP及MTA具有相似的抗菌能力,能杀灭粪肠球菌,巩固根管治疗效果。Objective To investigate the root canal model of Enterococcus faecalis infection and evaluate the antibacterial effect of different root canal sealants.Method 80 anterior teeth with a single straight root canal were selected as the objects.The anterior teeth were collected and inoculated with Enterococcus faecalis.The root canal model of Enterococcus faecalis infection was established after 4 weeks of incubation.After successful modeling,the shaping and cleaning of root canals were routinely completed.The extracted teeth were randomly divided into 5 groups with 16 teeth each.Group A was treated with Biodentine combined with gutta percha root canal filling,Group B was treated with iRoot BP combined with gutta percha root canal filling,Group C was treated with MTA combined with gutta percha root canal filling,Group D was treated with simple gutta percha root canal filling,and Group E was a negative control group(treated with sterile root canal filling).The antibacterial effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the extracted teeth were treated,clear dentin tubules were visible under scanning electron microscopy and were in an open state,but no obvious bacteria were observed;After bacteria culture and treatment,a large number of Enterococcus faecalis were found in the dentinal tubules of the extracted teeth,and the morphology of the bacteria was full and uniform;The biofilm of dentinal tubules was observed under scanning electron microscope;With the extension of time,the bacterial count of group A,group B and group C showed a downward trend,and there was a statistical difference at different time points(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the bacterial count of group A,group B and group C on the 1st,3rd,7th and 14th days(P>0.05),which was lower than that of group D(P<0.05).Conclusion The root canal model of Enterococcus faecalis infection can be used to evaluate the antibacterial effect of different root canal sealers,and Biodentine,iRoot BP and MTA have similar antibacterial ability,which can
