摘　　要：目的:分析妇科肿瘤领域的中国知网期刊2010年~2022年收录学术论文的知识图谱,了解妇科肿瘤领域的研究现状、研究进展及热点问题,为今后的研究方向提供借鉴。方法:在中国知网检索妇科肿瘤的相关文献,共有3713篇文献纳入分析,利用CiteSpace对文献的发文作者、研究机构、关键词等进行计量分析。结果:发现2010年至今,崔恒、向阳、林仲秋、张国楠、沈铿、李小平等作者在妇科肿瘤领域发文较多;中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇产科、中国医学科学院北京协和医院妇产科、北京大学人民医院妇科肿瘤中心等是发文重点机构。妇科肿瘤领域对于妇科疾病研究主要聚焦于卵巢癌、宫颈癌等;对于治疗方法主要是腹腔镜手术、化疗等;对于干预措施主要是护理、生活质量、预防等。结论:CiteSpace的文献计量分析,可以直观了解妇科肿瘤领域研究热点,治疗方法演化等,为后期学术研究和实践提供了参考。Objective The knowledge atlas of academic papers collected by CNKI in the field of gynecological cancer from 2010 to 2022,as well as the research status,research progress and hot issues in the field of gynecological cancer,were analyzed to provide reference for future research directions.Method A total of 3713 articles related to gynecological tumors were included in the analysis by searching on CNKI.CiteSpace was used to make quantitative analysis on the authors,research institutions,keywords,etc.Results Since 2010,CUI Heng,XIANG Yang,LIN Zhong-qiu,ZHANG Guo-nan,SHEN Keng,LI Xiao-ping and other authors have published more articles in the field of gynecological tumors;The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University,the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Peking Union Medical College Hospital,the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,and the Department of Gynecological Oncology Center of Peking University People's Hospital served as key institutions for publishing articles.In the field of gynecological cancer,the research on gynecological diseases mainly focused on ovarian cancer,cervical cancer,etc;The treatment methods mainly focused on laparoscopic surgery and chemotherapy;Intervention measures mainly focused on nursing,quality of life,prevention,etc.Conclusion The bibliometric analysis carried out by CiteSpace can intuitively understand the research hot issues and the evolution of treatment methods in the field of gynecological tumors,which can provide a reference for later academic research and practice.
