摘　　要：新科技是推动粤港澳大湾区高等教育发展方式变革的动力。粤港澳大湾区高等教育发展方式变革的逻辑取向是历史性与时代性、科学性与价值性、技术性与人文性的辩证统一。粤港澳大湾区高等教育发展方式亟须在发展理念、发展定位、合作方式、发展水平、治理机制等方面变革创新,树立开放、融合、善治的高等教育发展理念,增强高等教育服务国家战略需求意识,构建开放式湾区高等教育联合体,提升高等教育发展水平,形成高等教育高质量发展协同治理机制,以便更好地促进高等教育高质量发展,引领我国高等教育未来发展方向,更加满足区域及国家重大战略发展需求。New technology is the driving force for the reform of the development mode of higher education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The logical orientation of the reform of the development mode of higher education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is the dialectical unity of history and times,science and value,technology and humanity.Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is in an urgent need of higher education development way in the development idea,development orientation,method of cooperation and development level,the gover-nance mechanism innovation,It is necessary to establish,the concept of open,integrated and good governance in higher education development,strengthen the consciousness of national strategic demand of higher education service,build an open bay area higher education consortium,and enhance the level of development of higher education.Only by constructing the collaborative governance mechanism for the high-quality development of higher education,can we better promote the high-quality development of higher education,guide the future development direction of higher education in China,and better serve the regional and national major strategic development needs.
