摘　　要：基于中国家庭收入调查(CHIP)两期的数据,本文实证检验了外资进入对非正规与正规就业者小时工资与年收入差距的影响。研究发现:外资进入有助于提升劳动者的小时工资;相比正规就业者,外资进入对非正规就业者小时工资的提升作用整体较小;在融资约束强、创业活力低的地区,二者的小时工资差距受外资进入的影响程度更大。机制分析发现,外资进入降低了非正规就业的规模和概率,但对非正规就业者的年劳动时间提升作用更大。在外资进入对小时工资和年劳动时间的综合影响下,外资进入对二者年收入的促进作用较为一致。Based on data from two periods of the China Household Income Survey(CHIP),this paper empirically examined the impact of FDI entry on the hourly wage and annual income gap between informal and formal employment workers.The results show that FDI entry helps raise workers'hourly wages.Compared with the formal employment workers,the overall effect of FDI entry on the hourly wages of the informal employment workers is relatively small.In areas with strong financing constraints and low entrepreneurial vitality,the hourly wage gap between the two is affected to a greater extent by FDI entry.The mechanism analysis finds that FDI entry reduces the scale and probability of informal employment,but has a greater effect on the annual working hours of informal employment workers.Under the comprehensive influence of FDI entry on hourly wages and annual working hours,the impact of FDI entry on the annual wage income of both is relativelyconsistent.
