摘　　要：目的探讨功能性电刺激治疗对脑卒中患者偏瘫的治疗效果及对同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(glial fibrillary acidic protein,GFAP)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)、超敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)的影响。方法选取2019年9月至2021年8月在金华市人民医院接受治疗的脑卒中患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),其中对照组给予营养支持、预防感染、康复训练等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上予以功能性电刺激治疗,3个月后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的整体治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Hcy、GFAP、MMP-9、hs-CRP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组上下肢肢体运动功能评分量表(Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment,FMA)评分、Berg平衡量表(Berg balance scale,BBS)、生活能力评分量表(activity of daily living scale,ADL)评分、脑卒中专用生活质量问卷(stroke specific quality of life,SS-QOL)评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论功能性电刺激治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者具有良好的改善作用,能够调节Hcy、GFAP、MMP-9、hs-CRP的表达水平,提高患者的平衡能力,增强运动功能,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of functional electrical stimulation on hemiplegia in stroke patients and effects on homocysteine(Hcy),glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).Methods A total of 80 eligible stroke patients who received treatment in Jinhua People’s Hospital from September 2019 to August 2021 were divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group received routine treatment such as nutritional support,infection prevention,rehabilitation training,etc.,while the observation group received functional electrical stimulation on the basis of routine treatment.Three months later,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the overall treatment effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The levels of Hcy,GFAP,MMP-9,hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment(FMA),Berg balance scale(BBS),activity of daily living scale(ADL)and stroke specific quality of life(SS-QOL)scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional electrical stimulation has a good improvement effect on stroke patients with hemiplegia.It can regulate the expression level of Hcy,GFAP,MMP-9,hs-CRP to a certain extent,improve the balance ability of patients,enhance motor function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
