阿拓莫兰片联合甘草酸二铵胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨阿拓莫兰片联合甘草酸二铵胶囊对非酒精性脂肪肝病的临床治疗效果。方法收集2021年1月至2022年8月在东莞东华医院消化内科就诊的60例非酒精性脂肪肝病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对照组采用甘草酸二铵,研究组采用甘草酸二铵+阿拓莫兰,比较两组治疗总有效率、组间和组内对比肝功能、肝纤维化指标、血脂指标及生活质量评分。结果对照组的总有效率高于研究组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组血清天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、血清谷氨酸氨基转移酶、Child-Pugh评分、透明质酸酶、层粘连蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、生活质量评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论甘草酸二铵与阿拓莫兰联合用药用于非酒精性脂肪肝病具有良好的治疗效果,改善肝功能,还可控制肝纤维化进展,调节血脂水平,有利于提升患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of reduced glutathione tablets plus diammonium glycyrrhizate capsules in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods A total of 60 patients with NAFLD attending the Department of Gastroenterology of Dongguan Tungwah Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and a study group(n=30).The control group was treated with diammonium glycyrrhizate capsules,while the study group was treated with diammonium glycyrrhizate capsules+reduced glutathione tablets.The overall effective rate was compared between the groups,and intra-group and inter-group comparisons were made for the liver function index,liver fibrosis index,lipid index and quality of life score.Results The overall effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase,serum alanine aminotransferase,hyaluronidase,laminin,total cholesterol,triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and Child-Pugh scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of diammonium glycyrrhizate capsules and reduced glutathione tablets is remarkably effective in improving the liver function,controlling the progression of liver fibrosis,regulating the level of blood lipid,as well as improving the quality of life of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
