摘  要:目的探究专教合作方式下骨科护士分层级培训的应用效果。方法2017年1月至2020年12月,在肇庆市第一人民医院骨科内开展基于专教合作方式的骨科护士分层级培训,将科室内48名护士全部纳入本研究,制订针对性分层级培训方案。评估干预前后研究对象的考核成绩、护理综合质量、护理风险事件发生情况及其所负责的患者康复情况等一系列指标。结果干预后,研究对象在基础护理、危重护理、健康宣教、文书写作评分及总分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理患者方面,干预后,患者在骨痂X线评分、下床活动时间、BMD评分等各项指标均高于同等条件下干预前患者,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在干预后患者住院时间少于干预前患者,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,患者发生不良事件总发生率低于干预前(χ^(2)=7.200,P<0.05),其中意外坠床发生率低于干预前,组间数据差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05);干预后,护士工作满意度高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.405,P<0.05)。结论在骨科护士中采用基于专教合作方式的分层级管理模式,护士技术能力考核效果优于传统护士护理质量,对患者恢复情况进行观察,分层级管理能够显著提升患者恢复效果,且护理过程中风险事件发生率低,患者满意度高,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To investigate the application effect of tiered training of orthopedic nurses under the specialized teaching cooperation approach.Methods From January 2017 to December 2020,tiered training of orthopedic nurses within the orthopedic department of the First People's Hospital of Zhaoqing was conducted in a specialized teaching cooperative approach,and all 48 nurses were included in this study to develop a targeted tiered training program.A series of assessments of research object’s assessment scores,overall quality of care,the occurrence of nursing risk events,and patient recovery indicators were assessed before and after the assessment period.Results After the intervention,the research object’s basic nursing,critical care,health promotion,and clerical writing scores and total scores were higher than those before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);In terms of patient care,after the intervention,the patients’indexes such as bone scab X-ray score,time of bed activity,and BMD score were higher than those of patients before the intervention under the same conditions,and the data differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and after the intervention,the patients’hospitalization time was less than that of pre-intervention patients,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the total incidence of adverse events in patients was lower than that before the intervention(χ^(2)=7.200,P<0.05),among which the incidence of accidental bed fall was lower than that before the intervention,and the data were statistically different between groups(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05).After the intervention,nurses’job satisfaction was higher than before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.405,P<0.05).Conclusion Using the tiered management model based on the specialized teaching cooperation approach among orthopedic nurses,the effect of nurses’technical ability assessment is better than the quality of trad
