裂变油墨耐温耐光变色性能研究

摘  要:裂变油墨被广泛应用于高档物品的防伪涂层。在光照或较高温度下,裂变油墨易发生黄变,影响印品的质量。通过添加改性剂,改善了裂变油墨的耐温和抗紫外性能。实验结果表明,添加少量的硬脂酸钙和硫醇甲基锡对裂变油墨印刷效果和储运性能影响不大,且当采用复合改性剂时,印品的ΔE*为2.68,耐温耐光性能最佳。Fission ink is widely used in high-grade anti-counterfeiting coatings.In the light or higher temperature,fission ink prone to yellowing,affecting the quality of prints.The temperature resistance and UV resistance of fission ink were improved by adding modifier.The experimental results show that the printing effect and the storage and transportation properties of fission ink are not affected by adding a little calcium stearate and methyl tin mercaptan.When the composite modifier is used,theΔE*of the printing is 2.68,and the heat and light resistance of the printing is the best.
