上海市某三级医院门诊女性患者人乳头瘤病毒亚型感染及年龄特征调查

摘　　要：目的:了解医院就诊女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染及亚型分布情况。方法:收集2019年1月-2022年12月来本院就诊的女性患者临床资料,分析HPV感染率、感染亚型及年龄分布特点。结果:共纳入8588例女性患者,HPV-DNA检测总阳性率为31.5%(2701/8588)。高危型HPV感染率较高的3种基因亚型依次是HPV51(3.6%)、HPV73(3.1%)、HPV56(2.6%)。感染类型主要以单一型感染为主(33.4%),多重HPV感染以双重感染率最高(10.0%)。女性感染HPV有两个年龄高峰,分别是≤20岁组(77.3%)和>60岁组(43.6%)。结论:本次调查的医院就诊女性HPV阳性率较高,以HPV51和HPV73为最主要基因型,且≤20岁及>60岁女性人群感染率较高,需要加强关注。Objective:To investigate the prevalence and distribution of human papillomavirus(HPV)subtypes among female patients.Methods:The clinical data of the female patients admitted to hospital from 2019to 2022were collected to analyze the HPV infection rate,the characteristics of the subtypes HPV infections,and the age distribution of the patients.Results:There were 8588patients included in this study.The total positive rate of HPV-DNA test was 31.5%(2701/8588).The three high-risk HPV gene subtypes infections and their infection rates were HPV51(3.6%),HPV73(3.1%),and HPV56(2.6%).The main infection situation was single type infection(33.4%).The double infection rate of the patients in the multiple HPV infection was 10.0%,which was the highest.There were two age peaks of the patients with HPV infection,which included 77.3%patients with≤20years old and patients with 43.6%>60 years old.Conclusion:In this survey,the positive rate of HPV among the female patients is higher,and HPV 51and HPV 73are the main genotypes of the women with HPV infection.The patients with≤20years old and with>60 years old have Higher infection rate,which should be paid more attention to.
