摘　　要：脂质运载蛋白2(lipocalin 2,Lcn2)是由位于9q34.11染色体位点基因编码的25000分泌糖蛋白,属于亲脂性小分子转运蛋白,可广泛表达于人体的许多组织细胞中,在诱导造血细胞凋亡、炎症调节、代谢稳态和肿瘤的发生与发展中起着重要作用。Lcn2的主要细胞表面结合受体包括巨藻蛋白和24p3R,使其发挥内吞及转运等多效性功能。现就Lcn2及其在炎症、免疫、血栓、肿瘤等疾病中的最新研究进展作一综述,为疾病的早期诊断、指导治疗及判断预后等提供新思路。Lipocalin 2(lipocalin 2,Lcn2)is a kind of 25000 secreting glycoproteins that is coded by the gene which at 9q34.11 chromosome loci,belong to lipophilic small molecule transporters,widely expressing in many tissues of body cells,and it has been discoverd that Lcn2 plays an important role in inducing hematopoietic apoptosis,inflammatory regulation,metabolic homeostasis and the occurrence and development of various tumors.The major cell surface binding receptors of Lcn2 include giant algal protein and 24p3R,to exert multi-effect functions such as endocytosis and transport.Lcn2 and its latest research progress in inflammation,immunization,thrombus,tumor and other diseases are reviewed,which provides new ideas for early diagnosis,guidance of treatment and prognosis.
