摘  要:抽动障碍(tic disorders,TD)病因复杂,持续时间长,容易迁延至成人时期,对儿童影响较大。TD发病机制尚未完全阐明。研究表明,TD存在免疫功能失调,可能发生神经炎性反应。褪黑素(melatonin,MT)对多种神经精神疾病具有保护作用。文章就MT、小胶质细胞(microglia)及白细胞介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)与TD相关性进行阐述,旨在加深对该病的认识,并对治疗予以帮助。Tic disorders(TD)have complex etiology and long duration,which delays to adulthood easily.It has a great impact on children.The pathogenesis of TD is not clear.Studies have shown that TD has immune dysfunction and may result in neuroinflammatory reaction.Melatonin(MT)has protective effects on a variety of neuropsychiatric disorders.The review expounds the relationship between MT,microglia,interleukin(IL)-17 and tic disorders,in order to deepen the understanding of the disease and help the treatment.
