摘  要:针对坚硬顶板条件下沿空巷道回采期间出现的巷道大变形问题,以某矿18506工作面副巷为工程背景,结合弹塑性力学理论建立了沿空巷道护巷煤柱力学模型,分析了煤柱内部不同区域受力情况,求解了合理的护巷煤柱宽度约为10.4 m;采用数值模拟软件对比了掘进与回采期间不同宽度护巷煤柱的围岩应力应变关系,在掘进期间围岩稳定受护巷煤柱宽度的影响不大,在回采期间煤柱宽度的影响作用临界点为11 m,临界点之前煤柱失稳严重、变形量陡增,临界点后煤柱稳定、围岩变形量低;确定了沿工作面倾向方向的最佳切顶位置,即工作面侧切顶对提高护巷煤柱稳定性效果最佳;提出了水力预裂硬顶沿空掘巷防控体系,并进行了工业性试验,改善了煤柱内部应力情况,围岩变形量得到控制。In view of the large deformation of the roadway during the gob side entry mining under the condition of hard roof,taking the auxiliary roadway of 18506 working face of a mine as the engineering background,combined with the elastoplastic mechanics theory,established the mechanical model of the gob side entry coal pillar,analyzed the stress conditions in different areas of the coal pillar,and solved the reasonable width of the roadway coal pllar of 10.4 m.By using numerical simulation software,the stress strain relationship of surrounding rock with different width of roadway protection pillar during tunneling and mining is compared.During tunneling,the stability of surrounding rock is not affected by the width of roadway protection pillar.During mining,the critical point of the influence of the width of coal pillar is 1l m.Before the critical point,the instability of coal pillar is serious and the deformation increases sharply.After the critical point,the coal pillar is stable and the deformation of surrounding rock is low.The best top cutting position along the dip direction of the working face is determined,that is,the side top cutting of the working face has the best effect on improving the stability of the roadway pillar.The prevention and control system of driving roadway along goaf with hydraulic presplitting hard roof is put forward,and industrial tests are carried out to improve the internal stress of coal pillar and control the deformation of surrounding rock.
