摘 要:本文就三相内置式永磁同步电机基于滑模观测器的设计方法展开研究。传统滑模观测器采取扩展反电势建立观测器模型,针对抖振和相位滞后问题,研究了归一化锁相环与反电势估计器相结合的自适应滑模观测器。自适应滑模观测器采用饱和函数及变滑模增益抑制抖振,运用自适应反电势估计器提取扩展反电势信息,并结合归一化锁相环进行转子位置角估计,提高了系统估计精度。通过仿真和实验对比了两种滑模观测器的运行效果,结果表明,自适应滑模观测器能够有效地估计转子位置和转速,具有良好的动态性能。This paper studied the design method of sliding mode observer(SMO)for three-phase internal permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM).The traditional sliding mode observer adopted the extended back electromotive force(EEMF)to establish the observer model.Aiming at the chattering and phase lag problems of traditional sliding mode observers,an adaptive sliding mode observer combining normalized phase-locked loop(PLL)and back EMF estimator was designed.Among them,the saturation function and variable sliding mode gain were used to suppress chattering,the adaptive back-EMF estimator was used instead of LPF to extract the extended back-EMF information,and the normalized phase-locked loop was combined to estimate the rotor position angle.The adaptive sliding mode observer effectively attenuated the chattering phenomenon and improves the system estimation accuracy.The operating effects of the two sliding mode observers were compared through simulation modeling.At the same time,a 4kW IPMSM was used for experiments.The results show that the adaptive sliding mode observer can effectively estimate the rotor position and speed,and has good dynamic performance.
