摘　　要：县域医共体信息化经过多年的建设发展,各地涌现出很多具有突破性的建设案例。为了解掌握县域医共体信息化建设情况及基层发展需求,摸底医共体信息化发展基线,评估信息化发展在助推县域医共体发展中的作用,为县域医共体推进信息化建设提供参考。由国家卫生健康委统计信息中心成立医共体信息化调研小组,通过文献综述、问卷调查、现场走访、专家座谈等多种方式相结合的研究方法,分别抽取东中西部的福建、江西、宁夏三省,对其在医共体管理体制改革、发展保障机制、基础设施、互联互通、信息化应用、安全保障6个维度上开展县域医共体信息化建设的调研,系统梳理发展中存在的问题,探讨未来发展方向,为促进县域医共体信息化的研究、建设、应用、评价提供参考。After years of construction and development of the informatization of the county-level medical community,many breakthrough construction cases have emerged in various places.To understand the information construction of county-level medical community and the development needs at the primary level,find out the development baseline of medical community informatization,evaluate the role of digitalization development in boosting the deve-lopment of county-level medical community,and provide reference for the county-level medical community to promote informatization construction,the Statistical Information Center of the National Health Commission established a medical community informatization research group.Through literature reviews,questionnaire surveys,on-site visits,expert discussions,and other research methods,the three provinces of Fujian,Jiangxi,and Ningxia,representing the eastern,central,and western regions,were selected resprctively,and research on the informatization construction of the county medical community was carried out in six dimensions,namely,the reform of the medical community management system,the development of security mechanisms,infrastructure,interconnection,informatization application,and security guarantee,the problems existing in the development were systematically sorted out,and the future development direction was discussed,to promote the research and development of the county medical community informatization.
