苏合香浸膏中挥发性香气成分分析及其在卷烟中的应用

摘　　要：以二氯甲烷-水为溶剂,经液液萃取、减压蒸馏得到苏合香浸膏中的挥发性成分,进行气相色谱-质谱联用分析。结果表明,从苏合香浸膏中共鉴定出44种挥发性成分,其中主要成分(相对质量分数)为肉桂酸肉桂酯(49.83%)、肉桂酸苯丙酯(37.82%)、肉桂酸苄酯(1.90%)、反式-肉桂醇(1.86%)、α-石竹烯(1.69%)和氢化肉桂醇(1.11%)。大多数挥发性成分构成了苏合香浸膏的木香、膏香、甜香、辛香、花香、清香等气息,丰富了烟香,降低辛辣感和刺激性,提升烟气的浓度和饱满度,改善余味,提高卷烟吸食品质。The volatile components in styrax concrete were obtained by liquid-liquid extraction and vacuum distillation with dichloromethane-water as the solvent,and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that 44 volatile components were identified from the extract of styrax concrete.The main components(relative mass fraction)were cinnamyl cinnamate(49.83%),phenyl propyl cinnamate(37.82%),benzyl cinnamate(1.90%),trans-cinnamyl alcohol(1.86%),α-caryophyllene(1.69%)and hydrogenated cinnamyl alcohol(1.11%).Most of the volatile components constitute the woody,paste,sweet,spicy,floral and refreshing aromas,which can enrich the aroma of cigarette,reduce the pungency and irritation,improve the concentration and fullness of the smoke,improve the aftertaste and enhance the smoking quality of cigarette.
