摘  要:为研究D相乳化工艺在乳化体系中的应用效果,本文以枯草菌脂肽钠为乳化剂分别制备出D相O/W乳液和普通O/W乳液。试验中进行对比测试乳液粒径、保湿性能以及感官评价。结果表明:D相乳液的粒径比普通乳液小,且粒径分布区间更窄;保湿效果优于普通乳液;感官评价中的清爽感、涂抹性和吸收速度均优于普通乳液。因此,D相乳化工艺在乳化体系中具有提高保湿,改善吸收和清爽感的效果。In order to study the application effect of D-phase emulsification process in emulsification system,D-phase O/W emulsion and ordinary O/W emulsion were prepared by using sodium surfactin as the emulsifier.In the experiment,the particle size,moisturizing performance and sensory evaluation of the emulsion were compared and tested.The results showed that the particle size of the D-phase emulsion was smaller than that of the ordinary emulsion,and the particle size distribution interval was narrower.The moisturizing effect is better than that of the ordinary emulsion.The refreshing feeling,spreadability and absorption speed in the sensory evaluation were better than those of the ordinary emulsion.Therefore,the D-phase emulsification process has the effect of enhancing moisturizing,improving absorption and refreshing feeling in the emulsified system.
