摘　　要：护理职业和护理学科有着悠久的历史,护理学史蕴藏着宝贵财富。在分析护理学史教育提升职业认同、培养人文素质、发展评判性思维能力等方面价值基础上,对我国护理学史教育认识和重视不够、师资及科研队伍薄弱、教育资源开发和利用不足的现状进行反思。应从加强护理学史教学科研队伍建设、将护理学史纳入护理教育基本组成部分、系统规划新时期护理学史课程、活化护理学史教学过程、护理学史教育资源的开发与利用等方面提出我国护理学史教育重构策略。The nursing profession and discipline have a long history.The history of nursing contains valuable wealth.Based on the analysis of the potential of nursing history in promoting professional identity,cultivating humanistic quality and developing critical thinking ability,this thesis reflects on the current situation of nursing history education in China,such as insufficient awareness and attention,weak faculty and research team,insufficient development and utilization of educational resources.The reconstruction strategy of nursing history education includes the construction of nursing history teaching and research team,the inclusion of nursing history into the basic component of nursing education,the systematic planning of nursing history curriculum in new age,the activation of nursing history teaching process,and the development and utilization of nursing history education resources.
