摘　　要：中小企业“融资难、融资贵”的问题一直制约其良好发展,文章分析其融资困难原因及传统解决办法,并提出核心企业、物流公司与中小企业形成供应链,政府牵头搭建企业信息平台,提高企业信息透明度,降低银行信贷风险,创新助力中小企业融资。The issue of"difficult and expensive financing"of small and medium-sized enterprises has always restricted their development.This article analyzes the reasons and traditional solutions of financing difficulties,and then proposes core enterprises,logistics companies and small and medium-sized enterprises to form a supply-chain.The government set up corporate information platform to improve corporate information transparency,reduce bank credit risks,and assist SMEs financing.
