摘　　要：针对高速铁路接触网腕臂与吊弦数量多、加工过程复杂的特点,结合其料库存储、预配加工、装箱运输、现场安装思路,对接触网腕臂、吊弦及其零件进行全过程信息记录,并结合现场支柱组立、吊柱安装、放线等基础工程施工进度,提出腕臂、吊弦生产信息溯源实现方案。对平台与各流程设备接口实现方案进行研究,并提出将信息传递过程中的数据统一上传数据管理平台存储、分析等措施实现主数据的集中管理,以提高接触网腕臂、吊弦生产过程管理、设备维修、设备更换效率。In response to the large quantity and complex processing process of high-speed railway overhead contact system cantilever and dropper,combined with the ideas of component warehouse storage,pre-assembly processing,packaging transportation,and on-site installation,the entire process information of overhead contact system cantilever,dropper and its components is recorded.In combination with the construction progress of basic engineering such as on-site pillar assembly,suspension column installation,and stringing,a realization plan for traceability of production information of cantilever and dropper is proposed.Research is conducted on the implementation scheme of the interface between the platform and various process equipment,and measures such as uploading data from the information transmission process to the data management platform for storage and analysis are put forward to achieve centralized management of master data,in order to improve the efficiency of production process management,equipment maintenance,and equipment replacement for overhead contact system cantilever and dropper.
