摘　　要：随着互联网、大数据和人工智能技术的发展与进步,行业对人才需求变化日新月异,这对培养适应新技术和新方向发展的网络技术应用型人才带来了新的机遇和挑战。为实现人才培养的发展目标,应用型院校应当提升对“TCP/IP网络”课程的重视程度,充分认识“TCP/IP网络”课程的重要性。在此基础上对“TCP/IP网络”课程的教学模式和授课内容进行创新与调整,并及时了解社会需求,将“TCP/IP网络”课程的授课内容与社会需求联系起来,提升网络技术人才的岗位匹配程度。With the development and progress of the Internet,big data,and artificial intelligence technology,the industry's demand for talent is constantly changing,which brings new opportunities and challenges to cultivate network technology applied talents who adapt to new technologies and directions.In order to achieve the development goal of talent cultivation,application-oriented universities should increase their emphasis on the"TCP/IP network"course and fully recognize the importance of the"TCP/IP network"course.On this basis,innovate and adjust the teaching mode and content of the"TCP/IP network"course,timely understand social needs,link the teaching content of the"TCP/IP network"course with social needs,and improve the job matching degree of network technology talents.
