OBE理念下高校经管类人才培养体系影响因素的调查研究——以北京农学院为例

摘　　要：高等院校的根本任务在于培养人才,人才培养质量是衡量高校办学水平的重要标准。近年来我国学者对人才培养的研究发展迅速,从教学方法、评价方法等多个角度对人才培养进行了研究,寻求创新的经管类人才培养体系。为了完善都市高校经管类人才培养体系,同时为其他同类高等院校提供借鉴,研究选取北京农学院本科生人才培养体系为研究对象,以OBE教学理念为指导核心,通过问卷调查,采用因子分析和回归分析的研究方法,得出课程设置、教师师风师德等因素对人才培养体系产生正向影响等结论。The fundamental task of colleges and universities is to cultivate talents.The quality of talent training is an important standard to measure the level of universities.In recent years,Chinese scholars have developed rapidly on talent training,and they have studied talent training from teaching methods and evaluation methods.However,the talent training system of many agricultural and forestry universities is not perfect,and it is urgent to seek an innovative economic and management talent training system.In order to improve the training system of economic and management talents in urban universities,and to provide reference for other similar institutions of higher learning.This paper selects the undergraduate talent training system of Beijing University of Agriculture as the research object,takes OBE teaching concept as the guiding core,adopts the questionnaire research method of factor analysis and regression analysis,and draws the conclusion that the curriculum and ethics have a strong positive impact on the talent training system.
