摘　　要：实践教学基地是培养大学生创新能力、实践能力、适应能力和就业能力的重要平台,实践教学基地建设是高校实践教学中最重要的一环。实践教学基地成效性高低直接影响人才培养质量,应重视成效性的提升。基于H学院的视角分析"Z"实践基地的成效性,提出建立市场导向机制、利用现代信息技术,强化学科竞赛、建设协同培养平台和建立多方参与的经费投入机制等成为提升基地成效的破局之策。Practice teaching base is an important platform to cultivate college students'innovative ability,practical ability,adaptability and employment ability.The construction of practice teaching base is the most important link in college practice teaching.The effectiveness of the practice teaching base directly affects the quality of talent training,so we should pay attention to the improvement of effectiveness.Based on the perspective of H college,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of the"Z"practice base,and proposes that establishing a market-oriented interest driven mechanism,using modern information technology to break through the limitations of time and space and the epidemic,strengthening academic competitions,building a collaborative training platform,and establishing a multi-party funding input mechanism are the breaking strategies to improve the effectiveness of the base.
