摘 要:随着香料生产规模的不断扩大,分子蒸馏技术也更多的出现在香料生产的过程中。本文首先对分子蒸馏基本原理以及分子蒸馏设备进行了基本介绍,然后对分子蒸馏在香料领域的应用进行了一定的研究,最后对分子蒸馏技术的应用情况以及未来前景进行了总结,期望未来分子蒸馏技术在香料领域能有更好的发展。With the continuous expansion of spice production scale,molecular distillation technology also appears more in the process of spice production.In this paper,the basic principle of molecular distillation and molecular distillation equipment are introduced at first,and then the application of molecular distillation in the spice field is studied to some extent.Finally,the application and future prospects of molecular distillation technology are summarized,hoping that molecular distillation technology can have better development in the spice field in the future.
