摘　　要：目的:评价Talon Smart愈创锰(主要成分为Ethylbisiminomethylguaiacol manganese chloride,简称EUK-134)的抗衰老功效。方法:通过建立UVB诱导人永生化表皮角质形成细胞(Human Immortalized Keratinocytes,HaCaT)衰老模型,检测细胞存活率、细胞内活性氧(Reactiveoxygenspecies,ROS)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(Super OxideDismutase,SOD)和过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)的活性。通过细胞划痕实验评估Talon Smart愈创锰促进细胞迁移能力;通过Elisa试剂盒检测人皮肤成纤维细胞(Human Dermal Fibroblast,HDFs)内Ⅰ型胶原蛋白水平。结果:Talon Smart愈创锰在0~160μg/mL的浓度范围内对UVB诱导的细胞衰老均有一定的保护作用。10μg/mL的TalonSmart愈创锰可以显著促进HaCaT迁移,抑制UVB诱导衰老的细胞内ROS水平的升高,改善UVB诱导衰老的细胞内抗氧化酶SOD和CAT活性的降低并增加Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的含量。结论:Talon Smart愈创锰具有良好的抗衰老功效。Objective:To evaluate the anti-aging effect of Talon Smart Yuchuang Manganese(main ingredient:Ethylbiciminomethylguaiacol manganese chloride,referred to as EUK-134).Methods:The aging model of human immortalized keratinocytes(HaCaT)induced by UVB was established,and the cell survival rate,the content of reactive oxygen species(ROS),the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)were measured.The ability of Talon Smart to promote cell migration was evaluated by cell scratch test;The level of type I collagen in human dermal fibroblasts(HDFs)was detected by Elisa kit.Results:0~160μg/mL Talon Smart Yuchuang Manganese has a certain protective effect on UVB induced cell senescence.10μg/mL Talon Smart Yuchuang Manganese can significantly promote HaCaT migration,inhibit the increase of ROS level in UVB induced senescence cells,improve the decrease of SOD and CAT levels in UVB induced senescence cells and increase the content of type I collagen.Conclusion:Talon Smart Yuchuang Manganese has a good anti-aging effect.
