摘 要:文中设计一种基于SIR的小型化超导量子谐振器,可应用于超导量子芯片领域。传统超导量子芯片中谐振器均采用均匀阻抗形式的共面波导(CPW-UIR),其谐振器长度约为1 4λg,基于2阶共面波导-阶跃阻抗谐振器(CPW-SIR)结构,设计小型化超导量子谐振器,通过调节CPW传输线特征阻抗比,使得谐振器长度缩小。仿真结果表明:相比于传统超导量子芯片中CPW-UIR谐振器,所设计的小型化CPW-SIR超导量子谐振器长度缩短了约19.6%,缩小了单个量子比特的面积,提高了量子比特的集成度。A miniaturized superconducting quantum resonator based on SIR is designed,which can be applied to the field of superconducting quantum chips.The resonators used in traditional superconducting quantum chips are coplanar waveguide⁃uniformity impedance resonator(CPW⁃UIR),and the length of the resonator is about 14λg.A miniaturized superconducting quantum resonator is designed based on the second⁃order coplanar waveguide step impedance resonator(CPW⁃SIR)structure.By adjusting the characteristic impedance ratio of the CPW transmission line,the resonator length is reduced.The simulation results show that in comparison with the CPW⁃UIR resonator in the traditional superconducting quantum chips,the designed miniaturized CPW⁃SIR superconducting quantum resonator can shorten the length of the resonator by about 19.6%,reduce the area of a single quantum bit,and improve the integration of qubits.
