中华传统体育“课程思政”价值阐释及应用——以中华毽课程为例

摘　　要：中华传统体育对弘扬传统文化、建设体育强国具有重要意义。发掘花样踢毽的文化传承背后反映的价值取向、思维方式、行为模式以及情感态度,结合毽子的基本技术、技术教研及网络辅助教学、课后锻炼打卡软件等教学手段,运用“课程思政”教育案例法以及文献资料法等方法,对体育课思政价值及中华毽“课程思政”实践应用进行研究。结果表明,中华毽课程思政元素丰富,涵盖创新精神、向善向美、诚实守信等方面。中华毽“课程思政”建设在学生参与度,考试成绩以及教学评价等三个维度上展现出明显的结果。Chinese traditional sports are of great significance for promoting traditional culture and building a sport power.Through the dicussion of cultural heritage,the research mainly explores the value orientation,thinking mode,behavior mode and emotional attitude of Chinese shuttlecock.Combining the basic techniques and research of shuttlecock,as well as teaching methods such as network assisted teaching and after-school exercise check-in software,this research studies the ideological and political value and practical application of traditional sport-shuttlecock kicking using documentation method and practical cases by taking the Chinese Shuttlecock Course as an example.The results indicate that the Chinese shuttlecock curriculum has rich ideological and political elements,covering aspects such as creative spirit,pursuit of excellence,honesty and trustworthiness.The integration of modern scientific content and methods,the development of keeping up with the times,and the inheritance of traditional fancy shuttlecock kicking,accelerate the achievement of the goal of traditional physical education“curriculum ideological and political education”teaching and education.The construction of“curriculum ideological and political education”in Chinese shuttlecock has shown significant results in three dimensions:student participation,exam scores,and teaching evaluation.
