通法在小儿急性中耳炎中的应用

摘　　要：通过分析通法内涵,以及小儿急性中耳炎的临床特征及病因病机,总结临床运用通法及利窍通耳方治疗小儿急性中耳炎的经验。笔者认为耳胀、耳闭为中耳炎主要症状,耳窍闭塞病机贯穿于疾病始终。临床治疗以宣通耳窍为治疗法则,运用利窍通耳方为基础方宣通耳窍,缓解耳胀、耳痛等症状,并根据不同证型分别治以通卫宣表、通腑泄热、通阳化湿、通经和络,配伍相应方剂,标本兼治。By analyzing the connotation of Tong-method,as well as the clinical characteristics and etiology of pediatric acute otitis media,the clinical experience of using Tong-method and the Liqiao Tong'er Decoction is sum-marized.It is pointed out that ear distension and ear closure are the main symptoms of otitis media,and the ear oc-clusion mechanism runs through the disease.In the treatment,publicizing the ear orifice is the principle.Liqiao Tong'er Decoction should be used as the basis to publicize the ear orifice and alleviate symptoms such as ear swell-ing and ear pain,and according to different syndromes,to smooth the defensive exterior,enhance purgation of fu-organs to eliminate heat,dredge Yang and remove dampness,and dredge meridians and collaterals respectively,and combining with corresponding prescriptions to achieve the effect of treating both the symptoms and the root causes.
