摘 要:目的探索“以赛促学”模式在中医儿科实践技能教学中的应用及效果评价。方法选择北京中医药大学本科生52名为研究对象,随机分为对照组及实验组,各26名。对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组在见习结束后参与中医儿科外治法竞赛,课程结束后对2组学生见习成绩、中医儿科学期末成绩进行分析,并进行满意度问卷调查。结果以赛促学模式可提高学生见习成绩及期末考试成绩,与传统教学模式相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以赛促学模式可有效激发学生主观能动性,帮助学生提高临床技能及考试成绩,值得在教学中推广。Objective To explore the application and effect evaluation of the mode of“promoting learning by competition”in the teaching of practical skills in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Fifty-two undergraduates from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The experimental group participated in the pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment competition after the internship.After the course,the internship scores and the final scores of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine of the two groups of students were analyzed,and the satisfaction questionnaire was conducted.Results The mode of promoting learning by competition can improve students’grades of internship and final examination,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the traditional teaching mode(P<0.05).Conclusion The model of promoting learning by competition can effectively stimulate students’subjective initiative,help students improve clinical skills and test scores,and is worthy of promotion in teaching.
