摘　　要：当前,推进党建思政工作与事业发展深度融合发展成为高校教育的中心工作。作者所在团队聚焦高校党建与事业发展深度融合的模式,以师生联合党支部为依托,通过“一二三课堂”联动模式落实三全育人理念,积极开展了党支部建设与课程思政建设相互促进的有益探索。在全面推进党建+课程思政的教育体系建设中,形成了基于“一二三课堂”联动模式的师生联合党支部建设推进“课程思政”建设的常态化工作机制,突出了党建引领事业发展、业务发展促进党建工作的核心思想。At present,promoting the deep integration of Party building,ideological and political work and career development has become the central work of higher education.The author’s team focused on the mode of in-depth integration of Party building and career development in Colleges and universities,relying on the Party branch of the union of teachers and students,implemented the concept of three complete education through the linkage mode of"First,second and third classroom",and actively carried out a beneficial exploration of the mutual promotion of branch construction and curriculum ideological and political construction.In the process of comprehensively promoting the construction of the education system of Party building and curriculum ideological and political education,a normalized working mechanism for the construction of the Party branch of the union of teachers and students based on the linkage mode of“the First,the second and the third classroom”to promote the construction of“curriculum ideological and political education”has been formed,highlighting the core idea of Party building leading the development of the cause,as well as the career development promoting the development to Party building.
