替硝唑-地塞米松糊剂根管内封药对牙周牙髓联合病变患者相关牙周指数及血清炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨牙周牙髓联合病变(PECL)患者应用替硝唑-地塞米松糊剂根管内封药对其相关牙周指数和血清炎症因子的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2021年10月黑龙江省中医药科学院收治的PECL患者240例(患牙240颗)作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各120例(120颗患牙)。对照组给予甲醛甲酚(FC)根管内封药疗法,观察组给予替硝唑-地塞米松糊剂根管内封药疗法。比较两组治疗前后相关牙周指数[龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)]及血清炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CPR)]的变化。结果治疗后,观察组SBI、PD、GI、PLI水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TNF-α、IL-1β、hs-CPR水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论替硝唑-地塞米松糊剂根管内封药治疗PECL患者具有较优疗效,能显著改善其牙周指数,降低血清炎症因子水平。Objective To explore the effects of tinidazol-dexamethasone paste on periodontal index and serum inflammatory factors in patients with periodontal and pulp diseases(PECL).Methods 240 PECL patients(240 affected teeth)admitted to Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 120 patients(120 affected teeth)in each group.The control group received formaldehyde cresol(FC)root canal sealing therapy,while the observation group received tinidazole dexamethasone paste root canal sealing therapy.The relevant periodontal index(gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI),periodontal probing depth(PD),gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI))and serum inflammatory factors(tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-a)、Interleukin-1β(IL-1β),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CPR)between two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of related periodontal index[PD,PLI,SBI and GI]in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors[TNF-a,IL-1β and HS-CPR]in the observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tinidazoldexamethasone paste has a better curative effect in the treatment of PECL patients,which can significantly improve the periodontal indexand reducethe serum inflammatoryfactors.
