摘 要:目的研究黑色素瘤相关抗原A3(MAGE-A3)、E-钙黏蛋白(E-cad)及P53在宫颈癌组织中的表达与意义,为宫颈癌基因方面的病情检测提供新的思路。方法选取2019年3月—2021年3月义乌市中心医院收治的86例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,应用免疫组织化学法检测患者癌组织及相应的癌旁组织中MAGE-A3、E-cad、P53的表达水平,采用Pearson相关性分析法分析MAGE-A3、E-cad、P53之间的相关性。结果宫颈癌组织中MAGE-A3、E-cad、P53阳性表达率分别为45.35%(39例)、40.70%(35例)、26.74%(23例);癌旁组织中MAGE-A3、E-cad、P53阳性表达率分别为8.14%(7例)、88.37%(76例)、2.33%(2例)。与癌旁组织比较,癌组织中MAGE-A3、P53阳性表达率均升高,E-cad阳性表达率降低,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(MAGE-A3:χ^(2)=30.388,P<0.05;E-cad:χ^(2)=42.702,P<0.05;P53:χ^(2)=18.721,P<0.05)。不同TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况的患者宫颈癌组织中MAGE-A3、E-cad、P53阳性表达率比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。宫颈癌组织中,MAGE-A3与E-cad表达呈负相关(r=-0.261,P<0.05),MAGE-A3与P53表达呈正相关(r=0.871,P<0.05),E-cad与P53表达呈负相关(r=-0.486,P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中MAGE-A3、P53阳性表达呈上调状态,E-cad阳性表达呈下调状态,三者之间紧密相关,并且其表达水平的高低变化与TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移等临床病理特征有关,可能共同参与了宫颈癌的发生、发展。Objective To study the expressions and significance of melanoma-associated antigen-A3(MAGE-A3),E-cadherin(E-cad),and P53 in cervical cancer,provide a new idea for gene detection of cervical cancer.Methods A total of 86 patients with cervical cancer were selected from Yiwu Central Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 as study object,the expression levels of MAGE-A3,E-cad,and P53 in cancer tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues of these patients were analyzed by immunohistochemistry.The corre-lations of the three indexes were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis method.Results The positive expression rates of MAGE-A3,E-cad,and P53 in cervical cancer tissue were 45.35%(39 cases),40.70%(35 cases),and 26.74%(23 cases),respectively;the posi-tive expression rates of MAGE-A3,E-cad,and P53 in adjacent tissue of cervical cancer were 8.14%(7 cases),88.37%(76 cases),and 2.33%(2 cases),respectively.Compared with adjacent tissue of cervical cancer,the positive expression rates of MAGE-A3 and P53 in cervical cancer tissue increased,the positive expression rate of E-cad in cervical cancer tissue decreased,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the positive expression rates of MACE-A3,E-cad,and P53 in cervical cancer tissue of the patients with different TNM stages,differentiation degrees,and lymph node metastasis(MAGE-A3:X?30.388,P<0.05;E-cad:X^(2)=42.702,P<0.05;P53:X^(2)=18.721,P<0.05).In cervical cancer tissue,MAGE-A3 expression was neg-atively correlated with E-cad expression(r=-0.261,P<0.05),MAGE-A3 expression was positively correlated with P53 expression(r=0.871,P<0.05),E-cad expression was negatively correlated with P53 expression(r=-0.486,P<0.05).Conclusion The positive ex-pressions of MAGE-A3 and P53 in cervical cancer tissue are up-regulated,and the positive expression of E-cad in cervical cancer tissue is down-regulated.There are close correlations among the three indexes,and the expression levels are correlated with TNM stage,degree o
