摘　　要：中医药学在长期与瘟疫抗争中,针对疫病复发及愈后症状的防治逐渐形成了完整的理论体系。疫病恢复期的一系列症状称为“疫后诸证”,通过整理历代医家文献,以时间为主线,梳理各时期对“疫后诸证”理论的认识,认为先秦时期是“疫后诸证”理论的萌芽期,初步阐述了其病因、病机、治法;汉唐时期将“疫后诸证”分为复证和瘥后证;宋金元时期丰富和发展了疫病理论;明清时期则从因、证、脉、治各方面作了归纳与创新,形成了“疫后诸证”完整的理论和证治体系。基于此,结合新型冠状病毒感染疫情防控经验,初步架构了“疫后诸证”的理论体系,为中医疫病恢复期治疗提供临床指导。During the long struggle with the epidemics,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has gradually formed a complete theoretical system for the prevention and treatment of recurrence and symptoms after recovery.A series of symptoms during the recovery period of the epidemic was referred as“post-epidemic syndromes”.This paper compiled the literature of physicians in the past generations,and sorted out the understanding of the theory of“post-epidemic syndromes”in each period according to the main line of time.In the pre-Qin period,the theory of“post-epidemic syndromes”is in its infancy,when the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment were preliminarily expounded.In the Han and Tang dynasties,the theory was differentiated into two categories,namely,recurrent symptoms and symptoms after recovery.In the Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties,the theory of epidemic diseases was enriched and developed.During the Ming and Qing dynasties,a complete theory of“post-epidemic syndromes”and the syndrome differentiation and treatment system has been formed through summary and innovation in terms of causes,syndrome,pulse and treatment.On this thoery basis and the experience of the prevention and control of the COVID-19,the theoretical system of“post-epidemic syndromes”was initially constructed in order to provide clinical guidance for the prevention and treatment of epidemic disease in the recovery period with TCM.
