高管团队注意力对企业绿色创新的影响研究——基于注意力基础观视角

摘　　要：为实现生态环境与经济发展双赢的目标,绿色创新已经成为众多企业在绿色转型过程中最为重要的战略举措。基于注意力基础观视角,通过文本分析检验高管团队注意力如何影响企业绿色创新。研究发现,高管团队注意力显著促进了企业的绿色创新,排污收费与政府补贴均削弱了高管团队注意力对企业绿色创新的促进作用。因此,企业管理者在制定决策时要充分认识绿色创新的重要性,加大对环境问题和绿色创新的关注,同时,政府应积极推动企业高管团队对环境问题的关注以提高绿色创新的产出并促进企业绿色转型。As an effective strategic measure to realize the"win-win"between economy and environment,green innovation strategy has gradually become the top priority for the green transformation of enterprises.Based on the attention-based perspective,this study uses text analysis to test how the attention of senior management team affects corporate green innovation.It is found that the attention of the top management team significantly promotes the green innovation of enterprises,while the pollution charges and government subsidies both weaken the promoting effect of the attention of the top management team on the green innovation of enterprises.Therefore,enterprise managers should fully realize the importance of green innovation in decision-making and pay more attention to environmental problems and green innovation.Meanwhile,the government should actively promote the top management team to pay attention to environmental issues to improve the output of green innovation and promote the green transformation of enterprises.
