摘　　要：牙外伤导致的牙齿折裂是口腔常见疾病。涉及美学区前牙的冠根折是临床处置的难题之一,其决策需要基于完善的临床检查、详细的美学设计及治疗方案的精准实施,方能实现恢复健康、重建功能和改善美观的治疗目标。文章完整展示了1例上颌前牙冠根折病例的病情分析、微创前提下的美学设计、治疗方案的具体实施过程及最终修复后的长期随访效果,为类似病例的诊治提供经验支持。Tooth fracture caused by dental trauma is a common oral disease,and crown-root fracture is one of the challenges confronted in clinical practice,especially when it occurs in the maxillary anterior area.The therapeutic aim should take health,function and esthetics into account,which can usually be achieved by detailed clinical examination,comprehensive aesthetic treatment plan as well as precise and strict implementation.The case report presented the integrate treatment course of one case of maxillary anterior crown root fracture,including the clinical examination,diagnosis,aesthetic design and minimally invasive treatment plan,the specific implementation process of the treatment plan,and the long-term follow-up clinical effect after treatment,attempting to provide empirical support for the diagnosis and treatment of similar cases.
