摘  要:口腔美学是一门融合了口腔多学科知识的新型交叉学科,目前在我国已经进入多个口腔医学院校的课堂。因其课程内容中包含口腔多学科的概念和理论,还涉及如何在不同的临床案例中进行实际应用的问题,因此传统的演讲式课堂教学在口腔美学教育中的应用效果往往不尽如人意。文章以福建医科大学口腔医学院口腔美学教研室近年来开展的关于数字化美学设计相关内容的教学方法为切入点,通过基于案例的协作学习(case-based collaborative learning,CBCL)数字化互动教学模式在口腔美学教育中的应用,评估将口腔美学理论知识与虚拟现实临床案例相结合进行口腔美学教学工作的应用效果,以期为口腔美学课程的开展提供借鉴。Aesthetic dentistry is a new interdisciplinary subject that integrates multidisciplinary knowledge in dentistry and has now entered the classrooms of several medical schools in China.As its course content contains concepts and theories from multiple disciplines of dentistry,and also involves the issue of how to apply them clinically in different clinical cases,the application of traditional lecture-based classroom teaching in dental aesthetics education is often not as satisfactory as it could be.In this paper,we take the teaching method on digital aesthetic design related content carried out by the Dental Aesthetics Teaching and Research Department of the School of Stomatology,Fujian Medical University in recent years as the starting point,and through the application of digital interactive teaching mode through case-based collaborative learning(CBCL)in dental aesthetics education,we will evaluate the effectiveness of combining theoretical knowledge of dental aesthetics with virtual reality clinical cases for teaching dental aesthetics,aiming to provide reference for the development of dental aesthetics courses.
