摘　　要：目的对自主设计的男性青年运动员食物频率问卷(FFQ)进行信度和效度评价,为研究青年运动员饮食习惯与健康相关性研究提供简便、可靠的工具。方法于2021年7月-2022年7月随机招募191名男性青年运动员,在进入研究时均完成了第一次FFQ调查与3d膳食称重法(WDRs)调查,并在3个月内完成第二次FFQ调查。采用Spearman/Pearson相关性分析,通过比较两次FFQ结果的相关性和WDRs与两次FFQ平均值的相关性分别来检验FFQ的信度和内容效度。结果信度分析中,能量和23种营养素均为显著正相关(P<0.05),原始数据的Spearman相关系数(r)和组内相关系数(ICCs)分别为0.448~0.776(中位数=0.620)和0.444~0.775(中位数=0.608),经自然对数转换后的平均r为0.479±0.042;校正能量后的平均r为0.501±0.040,调整基本特征后的平均r为0.516±0.068,kappa值为0.282~0.604(中位数=0.370)。效度分析中,14个项目的FFQ与WDRs的结果为显著正相关(P<0.05),Spearman相关系数为0.226~0.693(平均值=0.408±0.238),kappa值为0.077~0.731不等(中位数=0.202)。结论该FFQ具有较好的信度和效度,可用于男性青年运动人群膳食摄入与健康的相关性研究。[营养学报,2023,45(2):193-199,206]Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of a self-designed food frequency questionnaire(FFQ),and provide a simple and reliable tool for studying the relationship between eating habits and health in male youth ath letes.Methods From July 2021 to July 2022,a total of 191 male youth athletes were randomly recruited,and they all completed the first FFQ survey and 3d weighing dietary records(WDRs)at the baseline.The second FFQ survey was completed within 3 months.Spearman/Pearson correlation analysis was used to test the reliability and validity of the FFQ by comparing the correlation between the results of the two FFQs and the correlation between the WDRs and the mean of the two FFQs,respectively.Results In the reliability analysis,energy and 23 nutrients were significantly positively correlated(P<0.05).The Spearman correlation coefficient(r)and intraclass correlation coefficient(ICCs)of the original data were 0.448-0.776(median=0.620)and 0.444 to 0.775(median=0.608),respectively.The average r after natural logarithmic transformation was 0.479±0.042,the average r after energy correction was 0.501±0.040,and the average r after adjusting basic features was 0.516±0.068.The kappa value was 0.282 to 0.604(median=0.370).In the validity analysis,the results of FFQ and WDRs of 14 items were significantly positively correlated(P<0.05).The Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.226-0.693,(mean=0.408±0.238),and the kappa value was 0.077-0.731(median=0.202).Conclusion The FFQ has good reliability and validity,and can be used to study the correlation between dietary intake and health in male youth athletes.
