摘 要:蔬菜质量安全关系国计民生,意义重大。文中从蔬菜供应链的产前、种植、采后处理与加工、运输、销售、消费等环节进行风险分析与评估,并从树立绿色生产理念,建立以减药减肥为重点的蔬菜安全生产标准化体系,建立健全蔬菜安全生产技术示范推广体系,建立健全蔬菜质量溯源和准出准入安全保障体系,强化品牌营销战略并积极培育新型经营主体等方面提出相应的防控措施,以期为提高我国蔬菜供应链质量安全水平提供理论借鉴与决策依据。Vegetable quality and safety related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,is of great significance.The risks of the vegetable supply chain were analyzed and evaluated from the aspects of pre-production,planting,post-harvest treatment and processing,transportation,sales and consumption.And the corresponding prevention and control measures were put forward from the following aspects of establishing the concept of green production,establishing the standardization system of vegetable production safety focusing on drug reduction and weight loss,establishing and improving the demonstration and promotion system of vegetable production safety technology,establishing and improving the safety guarantee system of vegetable quality traceability and approval,strengthening the brand marketing strategy and actively cultivating new business entities,to provide theoretical reference and decision-making basis for improving the quality and safety level of vegetable supply chain in China.
