摘  要:专业群建设目前已经成为职业教育优化资源运转,推进教学改革,提升人才培养质量的重要抓手。面向媒体融合的发展趋势,国内职业院校基于产业需求、知识关联和有效治理三种逻辑的网络传播类专业群的建设实践,凝练出不同的人才培养模式。专业群建设要在课程体系建设、实践体系建设、师资团队建设等方面摸索出适用有效、可复制、可推广的教育教学经验,推动职业院校高质量发展。The construction of major groups has currently become an essential means for optimizing resource functioning,promoting teaching reform,and improving the quality of talent cultivation in vocational education.Facing the increasing trend of media convergence,domestic vocational colleges,based on three main rationales of industry demand,knowledge relevance and effective governance,have developed different talent training modes through the practice of constructing network communication major groups.To forward the construction of major groups,it is necessary to explore effective,replicable,and promotable educational and teaching experience in aspects such as curriculum design,practice teaching system construction and professional teacher team building.By doing so,high-quality development of vocational colleges can be expected.
