摘  要:课程思政理念融入“人力资源管理”课程教学不仅是全面推进课程思政建设和培养“时代新人”的需要,也是提高组织管理队伍政治素养的需要。虽然“人力资源管理”课程的特征决定着其便于融入课程思政理念,但要在实践中真正实现这一目标,还需推动课程思政元素进教材,提高教师的课程思政意识和能力,以及充分发挥示范课程的引领作用。The integration of curriculum ideological and political concept into the curriculum teaching of Human Resource Management is not only the need to comprehensively promote the construction of curriculum ideological and political and cultivate“new people of the times”,but also the need to improve the political literacy of organizations’management team.Although the characteristics of Human Resource Management determine that it is easy to integrate the ideological and political concept into the curriculum,to achieve this goal in practice,it is necessary to promote the curriculum ideological and political elements into textbooks,improve the curriculum ideological and political awareness and ability of the teachers,and give full play to the leading role of the model courses.
