摘　　要：针对在线零售商销售两种差异化产品的情况,研究分析产品定价和库存信息披露策略对其利润的影响.首先对消费者购买行为进行分析,其次建立在线零售商的利润模型,并对比两差异化产品在三种不同供需情况下披露和隐藏库存水平信息的策略.研究结果表明,当高质量产品供不应求时,披露库存水平信息是更优的选择;当低质量产品供不应求时,隐藏库存水平信息是更优的选择.另外,当结合库存披露策略以及两种差异化产品不同的供需情况时,在线零售商想要在销售期内获得最大利润应选择高质量产品充足供应、低质量产品缺货并且隐藏库存水平信息策略.A study is conducted to analyze the impact of product pricing and inventory information disclosure strategies on the profitability of an online retailer selling two differentiated products.The consumers'purchasing behavior is analyzed,a profit model for online retailers is developed,and the strategies of disclosing and hiding inventory level information for the two differentiated products under three different supply and demand situations are compared.The results show that the disclosing inventory level information is a better choice when the supply of high-quality products exceeds the demand,and hiding inventory level information is a better choice when the supply of low-quality products exceeds the demand.In addition,when combined with the inventory disclosure strategy and the different supply and demand situations of the two differentiated products,the online retailer should choose the strategy for sufficient supply of high quality products,out of stock of low quality products,and hiding inventory level information in order to maximize profits during the sales period.
