南岭民族走廊的民族经济学定位及双重视域下的战略区位研究

摘　　要：民族经济学视角下的南岭民族走廊的界定,应坚持走廊整体性原则,一方面应参照自然地理学界对南岭山区的范围界定,也要遵循民族学文化人类学的一般范式,即充分考虑走廊区域内的历史、文化、族群流动等因素;另一方面也要充分考虑南岭民族走廊的经济空间特征,以有利于走廊内各民族之间与各区域之间合作协调发展为出发点,兼顾行政区域的完整性.在“核心区+辐射区”的空间界定方式下,南岭民族走廊在国内和国际视角下具有独特的战略区位,它既是衔接西南东南、长江珠江的重要廊道,又是“21世纪海上丝绸之路”建设的起始区域.The definition of Nanling Ethnic Corridor from the perspective of ethnic economics should adhere to the principle of corridor integrity.On the one hand,it should refer to the definition of Nanling Mountain Area in the field of physical geography,and also follow the general paradigm of Ethnology and cultural anthropology,that is,fully consider the factors such as history,culture and ethnic group flow in the corridor area;on the other hand,the economic space of Nanling Ethnic Corridor should be fully considered.The inter regional characteristics are conducive to the coordinated development of ethnic groups and regions in the corridor,and the integrity of the administrative region is taken into account.Under the spatial definition of"core area+radiation area",Nanling Ethnic Corridor has a unique strategic location from the domestic and international perspectives.It is not only an important corridor connecting the southwest and Southeast,the Yangtze River and the Pearl River,but also the starting area for the construction of the"21st Century Maritime Silk Road".
